- In a nutshell they're looking for ethical licensed Mortgage Brokers who have at least 2 years experience in the industry (if you're a bit short you may qualify by attending their approved educational courses here at Secret! University). You cannot operate out of your home, you should have a clean criminal background, be financially sound, and have a personal satisfactory credit history (exceptions are approved with a suitable explanation).
With a 90% payout, as a 'Loan Officer Associate;' out of your location you will operate a service for out of your own State potential borrowers to provide them with the ability to qualify for various mortgage products, including, but not limited to, first mortgage loans, refinance loans, home equity loans, lines of credit, or others loan types which may be offered from time to time, by the following participating wholesale funding source/investors - similarly to how you do it right now! Loans included shall be loans originated for the institution in these away States, all the while maintaining your independence (company name, website name, etc.) for loans originated and brokered by you within your own individually licensed State.
